Corporate Client Services Representative (CA0905)


  • Maintain and foster relationship with existing clients
  • Making calls to existing and potential clients regarding new research services and market research reports released
  • Assist senior members in the scheduling of client meetings, teleconferences, workshops and presentations
  • Assist senior members on ad hoc projects and preparation of proposals as assigned
  • Deliver research results and coordinate follow-up with customers as required
  • Liaise with fieldwork operations to ensure that the progress of recruitment / research projects is well communicated to clients
  • Coordinate the release of marketing and promotional materials as required
  • Update CRM database as needed


  • Business degree (marketing / communications / management) preferred
  • Prior experience in client services, inside sales or customer service role a bonus
  • Previous market research experience (qualitative or quantitative) a bonus


  • Excellent people and client relationship skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to respond to time sensitive client inquiries and resolve problems
  • Customer service driven with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures as well as to recommend operational improvements
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage projects to accomplish desired results
  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Out-of-town travel not expected to exceed 10%
  • Multi-lingual candidate a bonus (provide details on languages spoken)
  • Knowledge in healthcare industry a bonus
